• Developed TD Universe, an internal developer platform using the Backstage react framework, and streamlined workflows for over 3000 developers across TD Bank’s software engineering practice. The platform centralized tooling, documentation, and resource access, improving cross-team collaboration, and enhancing overall developer productivity. The platform’s modular design allowed teams to easily integrate their own tools and resources, providing a unified experience across the organization.

• Developed and maintained TD Gigs, an internal job board using Angular, Node.js, and SQL, resulting in a 25% increase in project staffing efficiency and 15% reduction in unutilized resources by connecting over 500 employees to short-term projects across the bank.

• Identified inefficiencies during my onboarding process, which took over 2 months due to delays in accessing key resources such as developer tools and documentation. Collaborated with the other recently hired engineers to build My First Commit App, a React app that centralized the onboarding processes, providing new hires with access to software and tools, setup guidance, and documentation. This reduced the onboarding time by over a month, and ensured new engineers were fully prepared to contribute and make their first commit in under a week.
